Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Inventory Manager

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting stock audits, and ensuring efficient inventory control within the warehouse. The role requires close coordination with warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.

Monitor inward and outward stock movements and ensure timely system updates.

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure proper stock storage, labeling, and bin management.

Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch activities.

Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.





Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses.

Support internal and external inventory audits.

Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and safety standards.

Coordinate with procurement and operations teams regarding stock availability and replenishment requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferred).

1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.

Good knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
