About the Role
Prime Tools & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate / ProjectCoordinator to manage project execution from manufacturing to final dispatch. The candidate will coordinate withinternal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality andoperational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end project execution from manufacturing to dispatch.
- Work closely with the production team to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for material procurement and availability.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material supply and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, maintain, and share material lists (BOM) and project documentation.
- Verify material availability before production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely shipment of materials.
- Track project milestones and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper project records, reports,



and documentation.
- Must Have knowledge for Design readings Autocad, and Solidworks.
- Ensure smooth communication between all departments involved in project execution

Required Skills•
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.• Good understanding of manufacturing, project coordination, and operations.• Basic knowledge of industrial products, engineering drawings, and materials.• Solid coordination and communication skills.• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software (preferred).• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
