- Process employee PF enrollment, exits, and transfers.
- Prepare and submit monthly PF returns and contributions.
- Reconcile PF accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor UAN generation, KYC updates, and member services.
- Prepare reports for audits and statutory inspections.
- Keep record of Transfer, Settlement, NRW and other
- Support employees in online EPFO services and claim submissions.
- Respond to employee queries regarding PF balance, transfers, withdrawals, and pension advantages.
- Keep updated with changes in PF, pension, and labor laws.
