Content Creator & Video Content Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office)
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Package: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on Skills & Performance)

WorksDelight is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who can create engaging video content showcasing our workplace, employees, technology, products, and software development journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media.
- Capture office culture, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content.
- Showcase the software development lifecycle in a creative and easy-to-understand manner.
- Stay updated with social media trends and bring fresh content ideas.
- Collaborate with different teams to create impactful content.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and content concepts.





Required Skills:

Creativity and storytelling skills
Knowledge of current social media trends
Video shooting and editing skills
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content
Basic knowledge of tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
Valuable communication and presentation skills

Eligibility:

Freshers & Recent Graduates
Any Graduate (Portfolio preferred)

Portfolio, Instagram Page, YouTube Channel, or Sample Work will be an added advantage.
