Senior QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for a SENIOR Quality Control Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to monitor and maintain product quality at our Rudrapur manufacturing facility. The candidate should have strong knowledge of inspection, quality procedures, documentation, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Inspect products/components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier caliper, measuring tape, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Identify defects, deviations, rework, and rejection and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily quality inspection reports, NCRs, and rejection reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Fabrication teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO 9001 procedures.




- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Support internal/external audits and continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure finished products meet required standards before dispatch.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of QC/QA processes and inspection methods.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience in aluminium formwork, fabrication, steel structures, or manufacturing will be preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of relevant Quality Control experience.
- Willing to work 12 hours per day.
- Candidates from Rudrapur or willing to relocate to Rudrapur will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and comfortable working on the manufacturing shop floor.
