About the Role:

Archmatics is looking for an Architectural Draftsman with good technical knowledge, design sense, and practical understanding of construction.

The candidate should be able to independently prepare accurate architectural drawings and understand how designs are executed on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, working drawings, and architectural details.
- Develop drawings and details in AutoCAD.
- Prepare 3D models in SketchUp.
- Prepare presentations and graphics using Photoshop and MS Office.
- Prepare/coordinate electrical and drainage drawings.
- Assist with planning, elevation design, detailing, and design development.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Visit sites and assist in resolving drawing and execution-related issues.
- Check drawings carefully and ensure they are accurate and error-free.
- Understand practical construction methods and convert designs into buildable details.

Minimum Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural firm after completing studies.
- Degree, diploma, or relevant architectural qualification of minimum 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Photoshop
- Knowledge of Enscape / D5 / Lumion will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of planning, elevations, working drawings, architectural detailing, drainage, and electrical drawings.
- Positive understanding of anthropometry, human scale, proportions, and space planning.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design.
- Good logical and practical thinking.
- Ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects is preferred.
- Site execution experience is preferred.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who can do more than just operate AutoCAD.

You should understand architecture, drawings, detailing, and construction, and be able to think practically about how a design will actually be built.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
