Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or similar hospitality workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and cold coffee.
- Prepare teas, smoothies, mocktails, and other café beverages as per the menu.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
- Recommend beverages and products based on customer preferences.
- Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area.
- Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredient stock and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.




- Support the café team during peak hours and maintain quick service.

Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate. Certificate or Diploma in Barista Training, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and brewing techniques.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
