Strong Automation Test Engineer with Selenium, Java , BDD, Cucumber with min 3-8 years of exp. Exp in Karate framework, postman. Candidate should have Dotnet application background. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to define test scenarios and improve test coverage. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in automation testing, strong problem-solving skills, and a quality-driven mindset.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Developed and maintained Selenium WebDriver automation scripts using Java, TestNG, and Cucumber BDD.
- Automated REST API test cases using REST Assured and validated JSON responses.
- Built reusable Page Object Model (POM) frameworks to improve maintainability.
- Integrated automation suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Executed smoke, regression, and end-to-end test suites across multiple environments.
- Collaborated with cross-functional Agile teams to analyze requirements and create automation scenarios.
- Logged, tracked, and verified defects using Jira while ensuring timely resolution.
- Performed database validation using SQL to verify backend data integrity.
- Maintained automation code in Git and participated in peer code reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing with strong expertise in Automation Testing.
- Solid experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java for web application automation.
- Hands-on experience with Cucumber (BDD), Gherkin,



and Page Object Model (POM) framework.
- Proficiency in API Automation Testing using REST Assured, Postman, and validating RESTful web services.
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and developing reusable automation frameworks.
