Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and enquiries.
- Explain our home healthcare services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding patient enquiries.

Requirements

- Positive Malayalam speaking ability with clear communication skills




- Fluent and confident in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Friendly, polite and convincing personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales or customer service experience will be preferred.
