About Roadcast

Roadcast is an AI-powered mobility management and logistics automation company helping businesses streamline fleet operations, vehicle tracking, field-force management, and mobility workflows.

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. High-performing interns will have the chance to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Assist with joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.




- Coordinate with employees and managers for routine HR-related requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Support the HR team in other projects and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
