Review Customer drawings , specifications, and RFQ.

-Feasibility study as per customer requirements.

-Prepare process Flow, PFMEA and control Plan.

-Interpret customer 2D/3D drawings and GD&T; requirements.

-Work on Design optimization for manufacturing ability.

-Coordinate with design team /Customer for any engineering changes.

-Coordinate Proto type development & validation trials.

-Development of New Products and Processes for Tubular & hose Assemblies.

-Co-ordinate with internal teams including Purchase, Central Engineering, Production and Quality.

-Develop manufacturing processes such as Tube Bending/Forming/Brazing/Welding/Crimping & Assembly.

-Define tooling, Fixtures and Gauges required.

-Support quotation activities with accurate cost inputs.

-Plan & track project timelines from RFQ to SOP.

-Ensure on timely sample submission

-Coordinate with CFT teams.

-Handle Technical discussions with Customer.

-Support customer Audits & product approvals.

-Address customer feedback & implement required improvements.

-Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.

-Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

-Hands on CREO and AutoCAD Experience (NX, Pro-E, Catia acceptable)





-Knowledge in various manufacturing processes

-Knowledge in Problem solving techniques

-Exposure to TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards

-Exposure of CNC bending machines/Induction Brazing/Welding/Crimping.

· Min 2-7 years’ experience in Manufacturing industry preferably in Tubular Components/Hose Assemblies

Qualification & Experience:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 7 years experience

Location – Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
