We are looking for a video editor who understands one thing really well - attention is currency!

If you know how to turn raw footages into videos people can't scroll past, this role is for you!

We want someone who understands -

- Modern internet storytelling
- Rapid-paced short-form editing
- Retention-driven cuts
- Emotionally engaging sequences
- Psychology behind why people watch a reel till the very end!

This role is not for someone who simply adds transitions and music.
This is for someone who understands rhythm, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and internet culture.

Basic Requirements -

- At least 1 year of experience editing reels, ads, or short-form conent
- Ability to understand the emotion behind a campaign - not just footage.
- Someone who knows when to keep things past, when to slow down, and when silence works better than effects.

A portfolio is a brownie point!

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
