Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in construction estimation, excellent drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to review project specifications and supporting documents thoroughly to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and civil construction drawings.

- Study project specifications, tender documents, and all supporting documentation.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

- Analyze project requirements and identify scope items accurately.

- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify drawing discrepancies and technical requirements.

- Maintain estimation records and prepare reports as required.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of estimates.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.





- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimation.

- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

- Proficiency in quantity take-offs and estimation methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Compensation

- Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

- No bar for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
