We are looking for Business Development Executive - Online Bidder

Shift - Night (05:45 PM - 03:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring current business opportunities by bidding on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, and similar portals. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to write compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on potential projects across various online freelancing platforms.
- Prepare well-structured and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings and project feasibility.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Track bid success rates and analyze market trends to optimize bidding strategies.




- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to convert leads into successful projects.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and bidding records for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar business development role.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling, concise, and customized proposals.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, app development, or digital marketing.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, software development, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
