- 8–10 years of relevant billing experience, preferably in CFS, warehousing, logistics, freight forwarding or transportation.
- Manage end-to-end billing operations for CFS, warehousing, transportation and logistics services.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices as per agreed tariffs, contracts and service orders.
- Verify billing data including container movements, storage, handling, transportation, detention, documentation and other applicable charges.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Accounts and Customer Service teams for billing inputs and clarifications.
- Ensure all applicable GST, tax and statutory requirements are correctly reflected in invoices.
- Monitor outstanding billing, unbilled revenue, credit notes, debit notes and billing discrepancies.




- Handle customer billing queries and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain billing MIS, revenue reports and daily/monthly billing trackers.
- Review customer contracts, rate agreements and tariff revisions to ensure correct billing.
- Identify billing errors, revenue leakages and process gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Supervise the billing team, allocate work and ensure timely completion of monthly billing cycles.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team for reconciliation and collection-related billing issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and management review.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
