House of EdTech Goenka Kachave LLP is looking for dynamic and target driven Business Development Associates to join our growing sales team

Compensation

Up to 11 LPA

Fixed Salary Up to 4.8 LPA

Variable and Incentives Up to 6.2 LPA

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday 12 15 PM to 9 30 PM

Sunday 10 00 AM to 9 30 PM

Weekly Off Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective learners and understand their career goals

Recommend suitable upskilling programs and convert leads into enrollments

Pitch courses in AI Excel Python Power BI Finance and Stock Market Training

Build solid customer relationships through regular follow ups

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM





Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

Strong sales negotiation and follow up abilities

Target driven and resilient mindset

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Freshers are welcome to apply

Basic knowledge of Excel Python Power BI or AI tools is an advantage
