Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with loan-related queries, payments, account details, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Collections, Operations, and Sales for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with customers on pending documentation, payments, and other requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain qualified communication.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and applicable NBFC guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly customer support reports.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in NBFC, banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
