Job Summary

A Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, ensuring safe drug usage, maintaining pharmacy records, and providing guidance to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medicines.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense prescribed medicines accurately according to doctor prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and allergies.
- Provide proper instructions to patients regarding medicine usage, dosage, and side effects.
- Maintain pharmacy stock and ensure availability of medicines.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove expired medicines from stock.
- Maintain narcotic and scheduled drug registers as per regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines and medical supplies.
- Prepare purchase requests and receive pharmacy stock.




- Maintain daily pharmacy reports and billing records.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and pharmacy regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.

Qualification

- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Registered Pharmacist certification is mandatory.

Experience

- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
