Field Installation Engineer – IT Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Installation Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IT and AV products such as CCTV, LED Panels, and Video Walls.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and configure LED Displays, LED Panels, and Video Wall systems.
- Perform onsite installation, cabling, mounting, alignment, and troubleshooting.
- Handle electrical and networking connections required for IT/AV installations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, display, and system-related issues.
- Conduct site surveys and understand installation requirements.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of installed systems.
- Provide onsite technical support and maintenance when required.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and completion documentation.
- Travel to customer locations as required for project execution.
- Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.

Required Skills





- Practical knowledge of CCTV, LED Panels, and Video Walls.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN cabling, switches, IP configuration, and connectors.
- Ability to read basic electrical/technical drawings.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools and installation equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for Pan India field projects.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in CCTV installation, LED display installation, video wall installation, AV systems, networking, or similar IT infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
