Experience Required: 5–7 years

Manage accounting and financial operations with strong Tally expertise, ideally with prior experience in the construction industry, ensuring accurate books, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end accounting operations including project/site-wise cost tracking in Tally.





● Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.

● Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes/returns.

● Monitor accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and subcontractor billing specific to construction projects.

● Support budgeting, cost control, and MIS reporting for management.

● Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities as required.

● Guide and review the work of junior accounts staff.

Requirements

● B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

● 5–7 years of accounting experience, with prior exposure to the construction/infrastructure industry preferred.

● Solid hands-on knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime).

● Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

● Experience with project-wise/site-wise cost accounting is an advantage.

● Strong analytical, reporting, and team coordination skills.
