Job Responsibilities:
What You will do:
- Understand customer requirements through client visits.
- Prepare technical proposal and costing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and build a reliable database.
- Ensure first time right proposal within 46 hours.
- Drive accuracy, speed and continuous improvements,
What you bring :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, costing and technical sales support.
- Solid excel skills and zero-based costing knowledge.
- Detail oriented, proactive and a sharp listener.
- Probing mindset with strong analytical ability.
- Mechanical background preferred.
- 80-90% accuracy target with onetime proposal submission in two days.
