We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project discussions.




- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of the IT industry and software development services.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or online bidding platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
