HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant

Location: Lohegaon, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment consultancy team. The role will involve candidate sourcing, recruitment, client communication, and business development/sales.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with both job seekers and company clients, understanding hiring requirements, finding suitable candidates, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for client requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to understand their skills, experience, and job preferences.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long-term relationships.
- Generate new client leads and approach companies for recruitment requirements.
- Explain recruitment services to potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.




- Follow up with clients regarding open positions, interviews, selections, and candidate joining.
- Maintain candidate and client records and regularly update recruitment status.
- Achieve recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/Business Administration background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates over phone and WhatsApp/email.
- Solid follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in recruitment as well as sales/business development.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who are comfortable with calling, client interaction, and sales will be preferred.
