We are looking for a proactive and smart Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on ONLINE enquiries and convert them into sales
- Attend walk-in customers and explain products/services effectively
- Coordinate with existing customers for repeat sales and order processing
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
