Job Role

New RM Stores is hiring a Purchase Executive to handle procurement for our Retail, Wholesale & HoReCa business.

Responsibilities:

- Source and manage grocery/FMCG suppliers.
- Negotiate the best rates, terms and delivery schedules.
- Place Purchase Orders based on sales, stock levels & reorder requirements.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Maintain POs, Vendor Master, Item Master & pricing in Zoho/ERP.
- Maintain vendor rate comparisons and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate stock receipt, quality/quantity verification and vendor payments.
- Source new products and handle shortages, returns and quality issues.
- Submit regular purchase reports to management.

Requirements

- Graduate (Commerce preferred).
- 2–5 years Purchase/Procurement experience.
- Grocery/FMCG/Retail/Wholesale/HoReCa experience preferred.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management & Excel skills.
- ERP/Zoho knowledge preferred.
- Malayalam & English required.
- Knowledge of Kozhikode/Kerala suppliers is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for vendor/market visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
