*Role: Sales Intern - Fresher*

You will work directly with our Sales Managers and learn the complete cycle of real estate sales - from lead generation to site visits to closing.

*What You Will Do:*

1. Call potential buyers and understand their property requirements

2. Promote NxtSft listed projects via calls, WhatsApp, and social media

3. Book and confirm site visits for clients in Hyderabad

4. Support senior sales team in follow-ups and client meetings

5. Maintain CRM and daily activity reports

6. Achieve weekly targets for calls, visits, and bookings

*Who Can Apply:*

- *Qualification:* 12th Pass and above.



Graduates preferred

- *Age:* 18+ years

- *Skills:* Positive communication in Telugu + English. Hindi is a plus

- *Mindset:* Confident, talkative, target-driven, and willing to learn

- *Tools:* Must have Smartphone + Laptop/Desktop + Good Internet

- *Freshers welcome.* No experience needed. Only attitude matters
