About the Role

Etown India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a UI/UX Designer & Digital Marketing Trainee/Intern to support the design, branding, and digital marketing activities of our product, e-Town. This role is suitable for freshers, students, or candidates who have basic knowledge or hands-on experience in UI/UX Design and Digital Marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve the user experience, create engaging digital content, and support the growth and visibility of the e-Town product.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Assist in designing and improving UI/UX for the e-Town application and related digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-friendly interface designs.
- Understand user requirements and convert them into simple and attractive designs.
- Support the team in improving the overall user experience of the application.
- Create banners, social media creatives, promotional designs, and other marketing visuals.
- Work with developers and the product team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Maintain consistency in branding, colors, typography, and visual elements.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities for the e-Town product.
- Support social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage engaging social media content and promotional creatives.
- Assist with content marketing, campaign planning, and product promotions.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and local business opportunities.
- Support lead generation, customer engagement,



and brand awareness activities.
- Track basic marketing performance and prepare reports when required.
- Explore and use AI tools and digital marketing tools to improve content creation and marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design and/or Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Positive creativity and an eye for design.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for design, content creation, or marketing is an added advantage.

Who Can Apply?

- Students or recent graduates from Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Candidates with personal projects, academic projects, portfolios, or basic practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with knowledge in either UI/UX & Digital Marketing can also apply, provided they are interested in learning the other area.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and interested in working on a real-world product. Candidates who can combine design skills with digital marketing knowledge will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu (628502): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
