Chief Marketing Strategist

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business growth. This role bridges creative thinking and strategic planning — turning ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify target audiences and define positioning for products and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics

Creative Direction

- Lead the creative development of campaigns across digital, print, and social media
- Write/ create and oversee compelling presentations, messaging frameworks, and other brand narratives
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and videographers to bring ideas to life
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand identity and tone of voice

Content & Digital Marketing

- Oversee strategy and content marketing plans
- Manage social media strategy and editorial calendars
- Develop email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Monitor digital performance and optimise accordingly

Client Outreach International Calling





- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, and trade contacts
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and campaign responses by phone and email to contribute to Company Sales Growth.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Maintain a confident, qualified, and persuasive telephone manner
- Log call outcomes and follow-up actions in CRM system

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Brief and manage external agencies or freelancers where required
- Present strategies and campaign results to senior stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience in marketing strategy or brand management
- Robust creative copywriting and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with SEO, paid media, and content marketing
- Confident telephone manner with experience in outbound calling or business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple Projects/campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience
