We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
