Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who has complete knowledge of accounting operations, GST filing, taxation, and financial record management. The candidate should be proficient in Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle GST reconciliation and maintain GST-related records.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
- Maintain proper records for GST, TDS, income tax,



and other statutory requirements.
- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Maintain confidential financial records and documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Skills

knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Excellent knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Good knowledge of GST and GST return filing.

Knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance.

Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.

Ability to prepare financial statements.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: B.Com or relevant accounting qualification.

Experience: 6 – 1 years

Candidates with hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, Tally, taxation, and complete accounting operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
