Key Responsibilities:

Server & Systems Administration

- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux servers and related services.
- Manage server performance, storage, system resources, and availability.
- Perform regular server backups, recovery, updates, and maintenance.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and system policies.
- Ensure timely installation of security patches, updates, and system upgrades.
- Maintain proper documentation of servers, configurations, credentials, and IT infrastructure.

Network Administration

- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain network devices and access points.
- Ensure network availability, stability, and security.




- Identify and resolve network-related issues reported by employees.

IT Support & End-User Management

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Set up systems and required access for recent employees during onboarding.
- Manage employee email accounts, application access, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware, and peripheral issues.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and equipment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
