1. To study complete Autocad drawings of a given project remove quantities make a proper BOQ with all specifications
2. To make a rate analysis chart for all current items in excel or any software and to save all rate analysis data properly so that we can reuse.
3. To send all mails to clients regarding estimates, changes extra works, saving all work order documents properly, and to make entries in the google drive of work order and extra works after discussion with Project Manager.
4. To make comparative checks between estimates and bills as learning experience for complete office teams
5. To make an ideal BOQ software with the engineer for quick fast estimation works with all specs, and to make research on such things to do more accurate works
6. To make sure all conditions of contracts, mode of payments is mentioned by us in all our cost mails, and to check the work order thoroughly and bring to notice if all our conditions are accepted by the clients and to also check if clients have added any additional points and penalty clauses
