Key Responsibilities

- Min 5- 9 years' experience to Lead and manage structural detailing activities for assigned projects from design through fabrication.
- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Develop accurate 2D structural drawings from 3D models using AutoCAD, CadWorx, and Inventor.
- Detail structural steel members including beams, columns, braces, plates, connections, bolts, and other structural components.
- Perform QC/checking of structural designs, drawings, and detailing deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review material lists, Bills of Materials (BOM), fabrication details, and quantity take-offs where required.
- Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues, and clashes and coordinate with engineering and project teams for resolution.
- Estimate and plan manhours for assigned structural detailing and drafting activities based on project scope, complexity, and deliverables.
- Ensure structural drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.




- Willingness and flexibility to take up different types of structural engineering and detailing tasks as assigned based on project requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple types of deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Solid interest and willingness to work extensively on 2D AutoCAD drafting and detailing, as required by the project.
- Train, mentor, and technically guide junior structural engineers and detailers.
- Take ownership of structural detailing projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Structural Steel Detailing and Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, CadWorx, and Inventor, Staad pro-other relevant software's.
- Experience in drawing checking, QC, design review, and project coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers/detailers.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
