OSW Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Housekeeping Staff for Orbit Signature Walk, a commercial complex on VIP Road, Zirakpur.

The employee will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned common areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning and mopping of common areas, corridors and lobbies.
- Regular cleaning and upkeep of washrooms.
- Cleaning staircases, lift lobbies and other assigned areas.
- Cleaning parking/basement and outdoor common areas when assigned.
- Emptying dustbins and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Cleaning glass, doors, railings and other common surfaces.
- Immediately attend to spills, dirty areas and urgent cleaning requirements.
- Use cleaning chemicals, machines and equipment correctly and safely.




- Report water leakage, broken fittings, electrical issues or other maintenance problems noticed during work.
- Follow the daily housekeeping schedule and instructions of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and materials properly.
- Work cooperatively with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Hardworking, punctual and disciplined.
- Physically fit for housekeeping duties.
- Willing to work in assigned areas and rotational shifts.
- Basic ability to understand Hindi or Punjabi.
- Preference for candidates living in or around Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula.

Work Location: Orbit Signature Walk, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Punjab

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
