Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marine-related field
- Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, shipyard, or marine projects will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate site activities as per project requirements
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work-related documentation
- Coordinate with the project and production teams to ensure timely completion of work

Requirements

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant marine experience
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical works and site operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a shipyard/marine environment
