Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including material receiving, documentation, inventory movement, and stock maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and processing.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Issue materials as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of GRN, inward & outward processes.
- Inventory and stock management knowledge.
- Basic computer/MS Excel skills.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory operations.
- Candidates with a relevant industry background are preferred.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple store activities efficiently.
