Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop marketing strategies aligned with Brand's

premium positioning.

- Campaign Management: Execute ATL/BTL campaigns, mall activations, and influencer

programs.

- Digital Marketing: Drive SEO, social media engagement, and paid campaigns to boost

online visibility.

- Customer Engagement: Implement WhatsApp/SMS campaigns and loyalty programs to

enhance retention.

- Budget & ROI Analysis: Allocate budgets effectively and monitor campaign

performance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, retail, and digital teams for

integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Marketing Strategy Development

- Design innovative campaigns targeting premium ethnic wear customers.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine Kashish’s positioning.

2. Brand Visibility & Engagement

- Increase footfall through mall activations, festive campaigns, and

celebrity/influencer tie-ups.





- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touch points.

3. Digital Marketing Excellence

- Oversee SEO, social media, and paid ads to strengthen Kashish’s digital footprint.

- Collaborate with agencies for impactful online campaigns.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Launch WhatsApp/SMS campaigns for recent collections and others.

- Develop loyalty programs to nurture repeat customers.

5. Budget Planning & ROI

- Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

- Track KPIs like footfall, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

6. Team Leadership

- Guide marketing executives and coordinate with store managers for campaign

execution.

- Provide training on brand standards and customer engagement protocols.
