Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of the US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in networking, consultant marketing, and client/vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with vendors, direct clients, and consultants.
- Market IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, CPT) to vendors and direct clients.
- Utilize social networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Source and match consultant profiles with suitable job requirements from various job portals.
- Handle the end-to-end bench sales recruitment process, including submission, rate negotiation, and interview follow-ups.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, tracking all follow-ups and placement progress.
- Ensure timely paperwork validation and compliance with recruitment policies.




- Develop and implement successful hiring strategies to maximize placements.
- Identify challenges in the recruitment process and propose creative and effective solutions.
- Communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of US staffing, recruitment, and bench sales.
- Experience in vendor engagement and client relations.
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

- Supplemental Pay: Performance-based bonuses.
