Project Execution:

 Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

 Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

 Looking after curing and casting work on the site.

 Maintaining cleanliness on the site.

 Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program.

 Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.

 Fulfill the role of Temporary Works coordinator when required.

 Liaise with Jr. Civil Engineer, Sr. Civil Engineer, and Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

Evaluating the performance of contractor’s workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

 Reporting regarding the progress of curing and casting work on the site.

 Reporting of cleanliness on the site to the superior on daily basis

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
