Business Systems Analyst – Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from departments.
- Understand existing business processes and identify improvements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, and requirement documents.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, management, and end users.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system/process issues.
- Support website, mobile app, ERP/DMS/CRM and other business applications.
- Perform UAT and coordinate bug resolution.
- Prepare reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Train users and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and suggest automation improvements.

Skills Required

- Business/process analysis
- Requirement gathering
- MS Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL basics
- Flowcharts / process mapping
- SDLC knowledge
- UAT & testing
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications and APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
