Our focus lies in designing super compact and ultra-efficient short-term rental units. Additionally, we will primarily collaborate with our parent company, Praga Capital, which operates in the commercial construction and leasing industry. Job Overview:

We are seeking a young, energetic, and self-motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative designs for various projects, including residential and commercial use. We are seeking a team member that has a strong passion for design is comfortable working on experimental and conceptual projects, while maintaining a keen focus on aesthetic qualities, details, cost, and execution.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Studio founder to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD software.
- Develop design concepts and present them, incorporating the feedback and suggestions from the Studio founder.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and material selections.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the construction process, making site visits, and resolving any design-related issues that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.




- Contribute to the growth of the studio by actively participating in marketing and business development activities.
- Conduct research and experimental design in 2D and 3D to innovate and create new formats of home units, keeping in mind modern design sensibilities, space efficiencies, materials, design details, technology, cost etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects with a work experience of 2-3 years.
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and other design-related tools.
- Proficient in using realtime 3D rendering and visualisation tools like V-ray, Enscape, Lumion. This is a must have.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetic qualities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a diverse range of skills is required.
