Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Consultant with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Adobe Commerce, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing the scalability, responsiveness, reliability, and overall performance of digital experiences and marketing platforms, ensuring seamless customer engagement and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and capacity tests for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

- Assess performance of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless implementations, including authoring and publishing environments.

- Validate Edge Delivery Services (EDS) performance, content delivery efficiency, caching strategies, Core Web Vitals, and page load behavior under varying traffic conditions.

- Evaluate Adobe Commerce storefront, catalog, search, checkout, pricing, promotions, and order-processing performance under peak workloads.

- Test Adobe Workfront workflows, project management operations, integrations, reporting, and collaboration features for scalability and responsiveness.

- Validate Adobe Campaign batch processing, audience segmentation, campaign execution, message delivery, workflow orchestration, and reporting workloads.





- Analyze application and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and Adobe platform teams to resolve performance issues.

- Monitor system behavior using observability and performance monitoring tools.

- Develop performance baselines, service-level objectives (SLOs), capacity planning recommendations, and optimization strategies.

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left performance engineering practices.

- Prepare detailed performance test plans, execution reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Required Skills

- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Adobe Commerce, Adobe Workfront, and/or Adobe Campaign.

- Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.

- Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and content delivery architectures.

- Strong understanding of CDN behavior, caching mechanisms, Core Web Vitals, and front-end performance optimization.

- Experience analyzing application logs, JVM metrics, thread dumps, heap dumps, database performance, and infrastructure resource utilization.

- Knowledge of Adobe Managed Services and Adobe Experience Cloud architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and performance test automation frameworks.

- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

- Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher/CDN configurations, Edge Delivery Services architecture, and Adobe Commerce cloud environments.

- Experience with Adobe Campaign workflows, delivery infrastructure, and campaign execution performance testing.

- Understanding of Workfront APIs, integrations,



and enterprise workflow performance considerations.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, or Grafana.

- Adobe certifications in AEM, Adobe Commerce, Workfront, or related Experience Cloud products are a plus.
