About the role

We run 8 Instagram accounts across our cafés, stays, spas and retail brands. We're looking for one person who can shoot it, cut it, and post it — not three people doing one job each. If you can hold a camera and a content calendar at the same time, this is for you.

What you'll do

- Manage 8 Instagram accounts end to end — content calendar, posting, captions, hashtags, stories, DMs and comment responses
- Shoot reels, food/interior/lifestyle photography and short-form video on location in Varkala
- Edit and deliver ~25 videos per month plus supporting stills
- Travel to Varkala regularly for shoot days across our cliff, beach and cottage properties
- Coordinate with outlet managers and post stories everywhere on a regular basis
- respond to customers dms
- Track reach, saves and follower growth; report monthly on what's working

What we're looking for





- 1–3 years shooting and editing short-form video (reels, food/travel/hospitality content preferred)
- Strong editing skills — Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci or equivalent
- Own camera and lens kit (mirrorless or DSLR), plus must have an iphone to shoot content
- Comfortable running multiple brand accounts with distinct tones
- Working knowledge of Instagram trends, audio, formats and posting rhythms
- Able to travel to and work in Varkala regularly; own two-wheeler preferred
- Malayalam and English
