Petals Child Development Centre is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to take ownership of our video content—from planning and shooting to editing and publishing-ready delivery. We are looking for someone who can transform our therapists, services, workshops and everyday work at Petals into high-quality, engaging content that builds our brand and generates enquiries. This is not just a camera-operator role. You will be responsible for the complete video production process. Key Responsibilities Shooting Plan and shoot high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. Handle camera, lenses, lighting and audio equipment. Shoot therapist educational videos, testimonials, interviews, promotional videos and Reels. Capture professional footage of the centre, therapists, activities and events. Ensure proper framing, lighting, composition and audio quality. Editing Edit short-form Reels, educational videos, testimonials and promotional content. Perform colour correction and basic colour grading. Clean and mix audio where required. Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions and appropriate music. Create engaging hooks and pacing suitable for social media. Export content in the correct formats and aspect ratios for different platforms. Content Production Work with the management and social-media team to understand content goals. Help develop video concepts, hooks and shot lists. Identify opportunities for new content during daily operations.



Maintain an organized library of raw footage and finished videos. Ensure content is delivered according to the agreed content calendar. What We're Looking For Strong practical knowledge of videography and video editing. Experience with skilled cameras and lighting equipment. Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar editing software. Understanding of composition, lighting, audio and storytelling. Ability to create engaging short-form social-media content. Good sense of pacing, hooks and visual storytelling. Creativity and willingness to experiment with new content formats. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Previous experience creating content for brands, healthcare, education or social media. Knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube content. Basic motion graphics skills. Photography skills. Experience working with children or family-oriented content is an advantage. What We Expect We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for instructions. Pay: ₹10,275.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
