Responsibilities:

- Be an integral team player from the planning phase all the way through execution of every project;
- Work closely with Landscape Designer/Architect to realize the vision of project;
- Manage Landscape crews through a variety of jobs and tasks;
- Track time and materials for jobs;
- Work diligently to bring jobs in on time and on budget;
- Close communication with clients through out projects, both big and small;
- Lead multiple landscaping crews;
- Understand where/how plants should be installed;
- Understand the scope of work;
- Plan and coordinate jobs from large to small;
- Manage conflict swiftly and adeptly;
- Hold regular meetings with office manager and company owner to update on job progress;
- Implement our high-end landscape designs from start to finish;
- Have extensive construction knowledge;




- Experience with basic and advanced project management processes and methods.

Requirements:

- Horticultural Experience/Education is must;
- Minimum of 2 years landscape construction experience;
- Strong communication skills;
- Valid Drivers licence and must be insurable;
- Background knowledge of plants and planting methods critical;
- Willingness to interact with client and make oneself available to them;
- Bi-lingual a plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,046.54 per month
