We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will monitor production processes, perform inspections, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Use quality tools to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements





- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
