Location: Hyderabad. (We are also open to candidates based in other locations in South India)

We're looking for (Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience)-

- Greenfield & Brownfield Projects
- Land Assessment, FSI/FAR & Development Control Regulations
- Concept Design, Space Planning & Submission Drawings
- Project Management – Drawing, Designing, Execution.
- Client Management - addressing & resolving queries raised by client

Candidates from PMCs (Commercial / Residential Projects) are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for various healthcare facility categories.
- Project Support: Support senior architects in design, project coordination, documentation and other related tasks.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues,



ensure adherence to plans and gather necessary data.
- Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Design Software: Create detailed architectural layouts, drawings, and models, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD/ Design software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering durability and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and documentation to deliver projects within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
