We are looking for an energetic and responsible Junior Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior execution works across multiple residential/commercial project sites in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting multiple sites, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring work progress, arranging materials, and ensuring projects are completed as per requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and monitor multiple project sites across Bangalore.
- Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, false-ceiling contractors, tile contractors and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications and agreed requirements.
- Follow up with multiple vendors to ensure work is completed within committed timelines.
- Plan and coordinate the sequence of activities at site.




- Monitor quality of workmanship and highlight/rectify issues.
- Take site measurements and quantities whenever required.
- Prepare material requirements based on site progress.
- Coordinate material procurement, ordering and delivery to sites.
- Check materials received at site for quantity and quality.
- Maintain basic records of materials, work progress and pending activities.
- Provide regular site updates, photographs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients/vendors when required.
- Identify site issues in advance and coordinate solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper completion and handover of works.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
