Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate attendance records and track the working hours of all factory workers.
- Maintain and regularly update factory stock records, including raw materials, processed materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with factory labour to ensure timely and proper processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for preparation of bills and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch Department to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure proper identification and stickering of cartons, clearly mentioning whether the contents are Raw Material, Processed Material, or Finished Goods.
- Ensure that factory procedures are followed properly and maintain accuracy in stock and order-related records.

Work Schedule

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Any leave taken on Sunday will be counted as double deduction.
- No paid leave will be provided.
- A maximum of 5 leaves per month, including the regular Monday weekly offs, will be permitted.
- If job is left within 10-12 days then no pay will be given

Required Qualifications

- Option 1:



Graduate in any stream with basic computer knowledge.
- Option 2: 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks and basic computer knowledge.

Performance & Growth Opportunity

- The initial appointment will be for a period of up to 3 months.
- Based on the candidate's performance, attendance, discipline, and accuracy, the company may offer a permanent position.
- A salary appraisal may be considered upon confirmation based on overall performance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
