Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Sales: Drive gold loan growth, achieve monthly disbursement targets, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and conduct local marketing/field visits to acquire recent customers.
- Operational Control: Oversee daily operations, including loan processing, cash management, and secure vault operations (gold appraisal and storage).
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal NBFC policies, manage audit requirements, and ensure accurate KYC documentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor interest collections, reduce delinquencies, and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Customer Relationship: Manage customer queries and grievances to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Should have knowledge of gold testing expertise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
